MIN BS with 3+ years of strong/extensive industry experience specifically applicable to Telecommunications aspects of Millimeter Wave Research.
PhD with strong background is PREFERRED.MUST have a solid background in electromagnetics with strong industry experience in MILLIMETER WAVE research & development.
Broadband exp. is a PLUS.
Exp. with radar, sensors and security applications is HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
Excellent communication, documentation and R&D skills as well as written, technical and engineering.

Job Description - Provide optimal optical design for all new products. Manage the optical design engineering group. Develop optical models of light sources and delivery systems.
