Our client seeks 3 Equipment Operator IIs to be responsible for the safe operation of assigned areas such as boilers and associated system, fans, pumps, turbine generator and switch gear.
Responsibilities include recording data, reporting equipment malfunctions or trends which indicate possible trouble and performing actions as directed to correct abnormal operating conditions/emergency situations; performing operational testing and preventive maintenance on various equipment; and other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor.
SHIFT work is REQUIRED.
High School Diplomas and GEDs will be considered with MINIMUM combined experience of 2+ years. Formal technical or apprentice training is PREFERRED.
MUST be able to handle operation and inspection of various systems and equipment as assigned.
Ability to read & interpret documents such as rules, technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions and other procedure manuals is CRITICAL.
Excellent communication skills - oral and documentation; good mathematical, reasoning and written skills.
MUST be able to speak and communicate effectively with supervisors & other employees of the organization.

Our client is seeking an I & C Technician II to perform routine and emergency repairs of the plant instrumentation & plant instrumentation and control systems including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of circuit breakers, motor control centers, motors, generator, transformers, electrical metering and protective relays, turbine generator instruments, control circuits, combustion controls, drum level controls, recording device, alarm circuits and settings, calibration of the CEMS system.
Will perform other duties as deemed necessary and help supervise laborers on occasion.
HS Dipoloma or GED with 3 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic devices, electrical and electronic systems. Formal technical or apprentice training is desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-10 hour days per week/6am to 4:30pm.
MUST have good ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graph bars.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and other procedure manuals.
